Skills: Dispatcher, order taker, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, parts inventory clerk and buyer.
Work Experience: Rachel started at Rapid-Rooter part time in January of 1996 helping with filling and sorting on an as needed basis; she attended Appalachian State and earned her B.S. in psychology, while she also worked as a waitress, cashier and customer service person for a regional supper market chain. She began working full time at Rapid-Rooter in January of 2003.
Since she has been working part time in the business since 1996 she has a great deal of experience with all aspects of what is needed in the office.
