How can Bio-Clean help me keep Kitty Litter smell down? It's activated by liquid, so even though the litter is a dry environment when liquid is added to the litter which has Bio-Clean added to it, what ever Bio-Clean comes in contact with the liquid will hydrate, become active, and live off the waste until it is dissolved, when the waste is dissolved the bacteria run out of food and will die.

How to treat: Best results are obtained by washing and drying the pan and then sprinkling the entire bottom with Bio-Clean then fill the pan with kitty litter as usual and coat the top with another sprinkling of Bio-Clean. Add more Bio-Clean as needed.
