3. Floor Drains
To keep your floor drains running clean and clear treat them to Bio-Clean every month and don't forget you need to keep caustic chemicals and harsh cleaners and chlorine out of those drains as much as possible.
How to treat: For each 1" of pipe diameter add one level tablespoon mixed with one pint of warm (not hot) water. So if you have a pipe that measures 2" that's one quart of warm water and too scoops, 3" 3pints of water and 3 scoops, 4" two quarts and 4 scoops. pour the mixture down the drain and as always let the Bio-Clean mixture sit over night for 6 to 8 hours to get things going before regular use resumes. Initial treatment is always 5 days in a row then once each month thereafter.
